Meet the driving force behind VW Doctor, Ian Fowler. Ian's love for all things mechanical ignited in his early years. His journey began with an apprenticeship at a local VW dealership, where he honed his skills and discovered a penchant for the unusual and technically challenging tasks that set him apart.

In 2002, Ian achieved the prestigious status of Master Technician, propelling him into the independent sector. His expertise extends beyond routine servicing, encompassing a rich history in motorsport. Ian has been an integral part of teams in the VW Racing Cup, BritCar, HSCC, Classic Touring Cars, VAG Trophy, Classic VW Cup and the British Touring Car Championship.
